Directing

David Cronenberg encouraged me to learn directing, which led to my appreciation of everyone’s role in creating a project.

One must be so prepared that when there is a wrench in the plan it does not affect anyone else but yourself.  To encourage everyone to come up and express their opinions is the key for me.  You never let them know you are the boss until you need to let people know.
